Luo Dongya: Director of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, graduated from the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at National Medical University, and one of the main leaders in promoting the "Luo Family's Ancestral Orthopedic Techniques". He has held multiple workshops and has disciples from all over the country. Professor Luo has been engaged in the field of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics for more than 30 years. He is currently the Vice President of the China Spine Diagnosis and Treatment Association, the Director of the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, a member of the China Orthopedics and Trauma Society, and a member of the China Orthopedics and Trauma Research Association.

Professor Luo was born in 1968 into the renowned centenary orthopedic expert Luo Youming's family. He loved orthopedic medicine from a young age and learned ancestral bone setting techniques from his aunt Luo Youming. He was influenced by Mrs. Luo's noble medical ethics, ears, and eyes, and followed her to receive patients. He was deeply loved and passed down by Gu Nai Luo Youming.
